1. Overview

This website is operated by Al Hasan Fragrances. Throughout the website, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Al Hasan Fragrances. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.

2. Using Our Website

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or use the website under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision. You must not use our website for unlawful activities, submit false information, infringe anyone’s rights, upload harmful software, or interfere with website security.

You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our website content without written permission.

3. Products and Prices

Products are subject to availability. Prices, promotions, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Product images are for reference; colours and packaging may vary slightly.

We may correct errors in product information, pricing, or offers and contact you if a correction affects your order.

4. Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp, SMS, or telephone before dispatch.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to stock shortages, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unsuccessful confirmation. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any delivery charge where the entire order is cancelled.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the full amount must be paid to the courier upon delivery. Prepaid orders require no payment on delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only. Our standard delivery fee is Rs 200 per order, unless a website promotion states otherwise.

Confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch in major cities; remote areas may take longer. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Additional charges may apply when an unsuccessful or refused delivery is re-dispatched. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must have at least 90% remaining and be returned in their original condition and packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are processed within 7–14 working days after approval, and refunds are issued following inspection. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for ordinary returns.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the related return or exchange delivery charges, as described in our Shipping and Return & Refund Policies.

7. Personal Information

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may include third-party links, tools, or services. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices, subject to applicable law.

Reviews and submissions must be accurate, lawful, and respectful of others’ rights. We may display reviews and use feedback to improve our services. We may remove misleading, abusive, unlawful, or infringing content.

10. Service Availability and Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and General Terms

We may suspend access to our website for breaches of these Terms. Any outstanding payment obligations remain payable.

These Terms and our published policies form the agreement governing your use of our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
